1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "dbx77," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the dbx77 platform at dbx77.cam, operating under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on the dbx77 platform.
• "Platform" means the dbx77 website, mobile-optimized web application, and all associated services accessible at dbx77.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the dbx77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit, free bet allocations, free spins credits, or any other non-cash incentive issued by dbx77 subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority that regulates and licenses online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, event, or outcome through the dbx77 Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory in which participation in online gaming activities is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dbx77. By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the dbx77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and dbx77 relating to your use of the Platform. dbx77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The dbx77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. dbx77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended. All funds deposited to an underage Account will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonuses received; winnings will not be paid out.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

Access to the dbx77 Platform is intended exclusively for players physically located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not eligible to use dbx77 services. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3.3 Disqualified Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the dbx77 Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of dbx77 or its affiliated companies;
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of dbx77 employees;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded through the dbx77 responsible gaming program;
• Individuals listed on PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry;
• Any person accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool to bypass geographic restrictions.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the dbx77 Platform. Creating or using multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or under another person's name or identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. Any false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 Account Updates

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you must update your Account promptly. dbx77 assumes no liability for delays, losses, or communication failures arising from outdated Account information.

4.4 Non-Transferability

Your dbx77 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any interest therein to any third party. Any attempted transfer will render the Account immediately subject to permanent suspension.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

dbx77 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. By registering an Account, you consent to dbx77's KYC procedures.

5.1 Accepted Identification Documents

dbx77 accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License (LTO)
• SSS ID or UMID
• PhilHealth ID
• Voter's ID
• National ID (PhilSys)
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

5.2 Verification Timeline

KYC document review is typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours. Complex cases or documents requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests are placed in a pending state during KYC review and processed immediately upon successful verification.

5.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a Player fails to successfully complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so, or if submitted documents are determined to be fraudulent, expired, or inconsistent with Account registration information, dbx77 reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold pending withdrawals pending further investigation.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

dbx77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from dbx77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, unless and until you notify dbx77 of unauthorized access. dbx77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts, particularly those with linked GCash wallets or active balances.

7 Deposits and Withdrawals

7.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

dbx77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the dbx77 Banking section. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC identity verification;
• Withdrawal to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified dbx77 Account;
• Completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements on bonus-funded balances;
• Minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 per transaction;
• Compliance with dbx77's anti-money laundering procedures, which may require additional documentation for large withdrawals.

7.3 Processing Times

dbx77 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within approximately 4 minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within 1 to 3 banking days. These are target times and not guaranteed commitments; processing may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

7.4 Anti-Money Laundering

dbx77 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. dbx77 reserves the right to request documentation of the source of funds for deposits above specified thresholds and to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. Deposits must be for the purpose of genuine gaming activity only.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by dbx77 are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this Section and any specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over these general terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

dbx77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses via multiple Accounts, exploiting software errors or loopholes, placing bets on excluded game categories to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited, and their Account may be permanently suspended.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms, typically within 7 to 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.

9 Betting Rules and Game Terms

9.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dbx77 Platform are subject to the game-specific rules published in each game's lobby or help section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, the dbx77 server logs constitute the authoritative record of the bet and its result.

9.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, dbx77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player Accounts. dbx77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions or internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

9.3 RNG Certification

All random number generator (RNG) games available on the dbx77 Platform have been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the respective game information panels. Live casino games are streamed from certified studios and subject to the rules of the relevant game provider.

9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed in the game interface. dbx77 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific player Accounts at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or systematic play inconsistent with recreational gaming.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbx77 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Operating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account credentials;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate financial crimes;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dbx77 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without written authorization from dbx77.

11 Responsible Gaming

dbx77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can be harmful when it becomes compulsive or exceeds a player's financial means. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and our own standards, dbx77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable in Account settings;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss caps per time period;
• Session Time Alerts: Automated notifications after 1, 2, and 3 hours of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Net win/loss display at configurable intervals during active sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Voluntary Account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days;

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by dbx77

dbx77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player Account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to pass KYC verification;
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any Philippine government authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting dbx77 support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding active or expired bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to dbx77. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12.3 Balance Treatment Upon Suspension

In cases of suspension for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct), dbx77 reserves the right to freeze and ultimately forfeit the Account Balance pending investigation. In cases where a Player is found to have violated these Terms, the forfeiture of the Balance constitutes liquidated damages for the breach, and the Player waives any claim to the forfeited funds.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the dbx77 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, game content, graphics, logos, brand name, trademarks, text, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of dbx77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, recreational gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, copying, scraping, framing, linking to, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from dbx77 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dbx77 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses;
• Losses arising from interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to circumstances beyond dbx77's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law, dbx77's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The dbx77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dbx77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, to the extent consistent with applicable law.

15 Privacy and Data Protection

dbx77's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the dbx77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by dbx77, subject to dbx77's legal obligations to retain certain records under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws. For more information, please review the dbx77 Privacy Policy.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the dbx77 Platform shall first be submitted to dbx77's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through dbx77's internal process within 30 days of submission, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any disputes not resolved through the above processes.

17 Amendments to These Terms

dbx77 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the dbx77 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2. The current version of these Terms is always available at dbx77.cam/terms-conditions.
